Once your order ships, refunds are unavailable. We offer a 14 day exchange policy in store and online. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be exchanged within 14 days. Merchandise must be in its original condition and must be unworn in order to be eligible for exchange. If the merchandise is returned in any other manner, we cannot offer an exchange.

Custom ring sizes are not returnable.
Custom made pieces are not returnable.
